Client Service Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To oversee Client Service functions specific to a core group of customers. High focus on customer relationship building/interaction, internal training/career building, program analysis, and identify and facilitate program and system enhancements.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Client management and development
• Retailer and client relationship building through face to face, verbal and written communication
• Program and technical enhancements
• Career building/paths
• Training
• Financial forecasting by program. Accountable to actual
• Program analysis and yearly improvement goals
JOB QUALIFICATIONS-EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• College degree required
• Minimum three (5) years retail merchandising experience
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Computer experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access)
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to work additional hours, nights and weekends when needed
• Team player that is self-motivated and proactive
