MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in prospect identification and target portfolio definition.
Develop a detailed business plan for their vertical
Develop, implement and maintain enterprise-wide account strategy that supports our product lines.
Define and structure specific programs with customers and formalize contracts.
Collaborate with Client Solutions and Operations functions to communicate client
requirements and facilitate the development of appropriate workflows and or solutions.
Accountable for customer and company contract performance - adjust service levels as needed;
conduct periodic business reviews with customer |
