Computer Service Technician
The candidate must have strong computer hardware/software troubleshooting knowledge and customer service experience for over the phone and on-site support. Essential skills include: ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (verbal & written), decision making, critical thinking, research, can work in team environment.
Qualifications: computer hardware troubleshooting; Microsoft software platforms and applications (ie. Server 2003, Terminal Service, XP, Vista, Outlook); and network hardware and communication protocols, network configurations, daily backup and disaster recovery operations. Relevant Experience: 2+ years
Valid driver's license and own transportation is mandatory.
