Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative for our Customer Service department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.
The Customer Service Representative will answer customer issues via telephone, and email. The individual will provide excellent service to customers by answering their questions, supporting our products, researching issues, and reporting issues when they arise. The Customer Support Representative will also be responsible for documentation of customer issues and building a knowledge base.
Responsibilities:
• Answering support tickets via email in a timely manner
• Live Chat moderation
• Creating a knowledge base and FAQs
• Manage our internal support ticket tracking system
• Create templates for automated responses
• Test and Verify issues sent in by customers
• Respond to dynamic situations while maintaining adherence to best principals.
• Ensure defects are reported correctly
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills (via telephone & email)
• Knowledge of Social Networking Platforms (i.e Facebook, Twitter, etc…)
