IT PROCESS MANAGER
Major Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the company’s IT and Business Process Management
• Involvement in manufacturing processes including operation, production and inventory control
• Oversee ERP system (MS Dynamics Nav)
• Responsible for the day-to –day use of the ERP system as it relates to current business processes
• Mentor, train all new employees on the ERP best business practices
• Develop management reports using system tools such as jet-reports
• Create/maintain EDI trading partner relationships
• Create/maintain EDI document maps
• Enhance and improve existing business practices, ensure that ERP is leveraged appropriately
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years in IT Management or as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal and time management skills
• Strong understanding of ERP systems
• Specific Navision experience will be an asset
Education: University or College Degree with specialization in IT Management |
