OUR CLIENT IS A PRESTIGIOUS REGULATORY COLLEGE IN TORONTO
THIS POSITION IS PERMANENT AND IS 50% HOME BASED
Department
CALL CENTER FOR MEMBERS REQUESTING INFO ON THE COMPLEX LICENCING AND REGULATORY PROCESS
KEY ELEMENTS TO THIS JOB ARE THE FOLLOWING
3-5 minimum years experience managing a team plus a degree.
Excellent people and management skills you will supervise a rotating staff of 8 that also telecommute so supervision and fair distrbution of work is essential.
You are excellent at analising data and statistics to interpret the needs of the department
You have good experience and a high comfort level with technology and can use this knowledge to drive the department and continue with advancement of a paperless system
Asess the future needs of the colleges web site to assist the members
Use you experience to train and develop and provide guidence to staff.
Knowledge of budget management.
Working knowledge and technical understanding of relational databases, data extraction and reporting.
You are very strong at business processes and moving forward with strategies.
This is an academic environment so diplomacy and patience is an advantage.
You have a degree preferably in Business Management
