Manager Business Valuations and Litigation Support
The candidate reports directly to the Partner, Business Valuations and Litigation Support. This companies diverse client mix provides its professionals with a wide range of challenging engagements including valuations for shareholder disputes, matrimonial matters, purchase/sale transactions, income tax reorganizations and damages quantification for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, lost profit and fraud matters
The candidate will primarily be responsible for leading the day-to-day engagement process, managing multiple engagements, maintaining excellent client relationships, planning, supervision, mentoring, preparing expert reports, testifying in court as an expert witness, assisting counsel with management of the litigation engagement and assisting in the marketing initiatives of the practice.
The candidate should possess the following qualifications and training:
CBV designation.
Four or more years of work experience in business valuation and/or related work.
Ability to manage staff and solve problems.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Desire to exceed clients’ expectations.
Ability to meet client deadlines while ensuring profitability on the engagement.
MUST BE:
Chartered Business Valuator ( CBV )
MUST HAVE:
4 Years of Experience
Testified in Court as an Expert Witness
