IT Support
Reporting to the IT Director your responsibilities will be to provide support for WAN/LAN/VPN, data centre and regional servers, applications and workstations. Also providing liaison with 3rd party clients - hardware/software vendors, consultants and ISPs
Qualifications:
Relevant post secondary education plus 4-6 years of related hands-on experience including:
• Windows 2003/2008 Server Active Directory - Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7
• Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007 and Outlook 2003, 2007
• Wireless LAN access configuration,
• SQL Server 2005
• Remote support tools, backup technologies and Smartphone/phone support – Backup Exec Experience
• Networking configuration and administration
• Crystal Reports Experience
• SQL Stored Procedure / Writing SQL Queries
Certifications in A+, MCP, Network+, MCSA
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Strong problem solving and organizational abilities
Able to work independently and in a multifunctional environment
Some after hours maintenance and administration, including weekend and holidays
