Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) Specialist
POSITION DETAILS
Main responsibilities include:
• Support the creation and consolidation of Pro rural’s information and communications technologies
• Work in partnership with a consultant to ensure effectiveness of ICT consolidation
• Share ICT expertise with Pro rural staff in order to enhance their skills and knowledge
Qualification criteria for selection include:
• Proficiency with Microsoft works (Excel, Access, Visio, Powerpoint)
• Experience with the development of software tools (Visual and Visual Basic)
and database programming (MS SQL Server)
• Knowledge of basic business financial operations
• Minimum of high intermediate ability in Spanish
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Ability and experience working cross-culturally
• Understanding of or experience working in a non-profit environment an asset
• Knowledge of Bolivia and/or Latin America an asset
