The employer is a well-established solutions-oriented Systems Integrator, in business for 27 years that provides network infrastructure and financial systems Solutions. They are focused on the SMB market in the GTA. They are a Certified Partner with Microsoft, IBM, Citrix, Cisco, Symantec and others. They are also highly focused on providing Financial Solutions using Sage Businessvision, Sage PFW and Epicor.
It is essential that you have good knowledge of Microsoft environment-based network infrastructure technologies so that you can understand client needs and be part of a team developing and presenting appropriate solutions.
You must have an outgoing personality, excellent problem solving skills, reasonable technical self-sufficiency, strong verbal and written communications skills, be able to work as part of a team and an ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
You probably have had some background in IT support.
