ProVision Consultant
DESCRIPTION
• Convey strong client facing skills, and an acute understanding of consulting.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, outside partners, and team members.
• Deliver sound and scalable ProVision solutions.
• Elicit, analyse and document business & application requirements.
• Effectively plan and make decisions on business objectives, reduce organizational risks, and optimize business resources.
• Provide status reports to management and/or clients.
REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years consulting experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Improvement, and/or Requirements Analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of consulting principles, practices and procedures.
• Experience with Metastorm ProVision products.
• Process Management skills in:
− Strategic Planning, Goal Setting, KPI Development
− Taxonomy Development
− Project Scoping Techniques
− Business Process Improvement Techniques, (such as approaches and certifications in Six Sigma, BPMN, TOGAF, ITIL, etc.)
− Requirements Analysis Techniques, (such as UML)
• Knowledge of principles of Business Process Model (BPM) development.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid written and oral communication skills a must.
• Must be a team player, with the ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university with a major in business analysis, computer science or related field.
ASSETS
• Metastorm Business Process Management (BPM)
• Experience with Professional Services pre-sales activities, POCs, etc.
• MS Office Suite and MS Project
