Bilingual Team Captain (Fr/En)
If you are a passionate and creative call-centre sales team leader with a demonstrated sales ability and leadership skills, Optima Communications is currently looking for Bilingual Team Captains to develop, inspire, and impart sales excellence within a team of 12 to 16 Customer Contact Agents in our Toronto and Whitby offices.
If you have:
• Excellent sales experience with a proven track record of delivering individual revenue/sales targets through ethical sales techniques.
• Proven abilities to develop sales teams through coaching, mentoring and motivating direct reports in order to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Ability to multitask in a very fast paced and changing call centre environment.
• A strong team focus and the ability to adhere to industry and company regulations and procedures in order to deliver quality customer contact and call handling.
