Sr. Business Analyst
The purpose of the Business Analyst is to work closely with the Business to understand their business requirements and to liaise with the solution teams to ensure those needs are translated into fit -for-purpose solutions.
Responsibilities:
•Work with the Business Consultants to understand the business context of the program and desired future states.
•Validate requirements accuracy, documenting Functional Requirements.
•Work with business teams, understanding their needs, managing expectations.
•Execute planned requirements and management activities while remaining flexible to changing requirements and project deadlines.
•Define, organize and schedule requirements and management activities in a way that is consistent with the organization’s culture and standards.
•Identify impacts on business processes based on detailed solutions and strategies.
•May be required to define, establish and mature concepts and realities of the change process with impacted stakeholders.
Must have:
a) At least 5-7 years in Business Analysis in a Sr. Capacity;
b) Experience in mainframe environment;
c) Familiarity with RTM Systems;
d) Previous experience as an underwriter is a PLUS
