To support our continued growth, Evam Canada Inc. seeks a proven Sales and Marketing Manager to oversee local & national sales & marketing efforts.

Job Description:
Based in our new head office location in Mississauga, Ontario, the ideal candidate will perform the following duties:

1. Plan, organize and direct all sales and marketing activities while ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded
2. Manage a national sales team - recruit, train & develop motivated sales reps across Toronto/GTA
3. Travel to customer's site to promote the capabilities of the equipment and installation process
4. Working with the management team, provide advertising, promotion and public relations support
5. Develop new business opportunities that will lead to strategic new sales, meeting designated targets to increase furnaces and air-conditioners sales in specific markets
6. Analyse marketplace trends and competitive intelligence and their impact on business opportunities
7. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key existing and prospective customers and suppliers
8. Develop and manage business plans identifying key activities and priorities that will be designed to meet revenue targets and maximize return on investment
9. Further manage, maintain and enhance a creative and dynamic existing website.
10. Prepare all promotion and public relations material and be responsible for the coordination of high image oriented promotions and public relations activities.

Mandatory Qualifications:
1. A minimum university degree required in business management, sales or marketing
2. A minimum of 1-2 years progressively complex experience with a solid foundation in business development, sales and marketing
3. Fully conversant with Microsoft Office Suite, and the Internet

Desirable Qualifications:
1. Experience developing business plans and presentations
2. Bachelors degree in technology preferred
3. Knowledge and understanding of the designing software (Adobe CS4) would be an asset
4. High-energy, detail-oriented individual who is adaptable to change and requires minimal direction
