Application Development Team Leader
Our client, a major financial institution, has an immediate requirement for an Application Development Team Leader. Reporting to the IT Manager, the selected candidate will lead a team of developers on multiple projects. This role will involve leading and mentoring the development team, determining and allocating work flow, and liaising with internal and external clients. This is a three month contract opportunity located in downtown Toronto.
We are looking for a candidate with solid technical skills with ASP, ASP.NET, VB, C#, and .NET Framework. The selected candidate will also have experience migrating large existing enterprise applications to .NET platforms. This role requires a candidate with the ability to efficiently manage multiple, concurrent projects in a dynamic environment where requirements may quickly change. The right candidate for this role will have a working knowledge of the brokerage banking industry and strong customer relations skills. Excellent communication skills are required in order to translate complex technical concepts to senior level managers.
