Desktop Support Technician
Our downtown client has an immediate need for a Desktop Support Technician. This is a two month contract position. Reporting to the IT Manager, the selected candidate will provide first and second level support to a base of approximately 100 users.
We are looking for a candidate with two years of experience providing Windows XP, Microsoft Office, and Blackberry support. Preference will be given to candidates with MCSE or A+ certification. This role requires an individual with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to respond to issues with the appropriate sense of urgency.
