Job Description
Job Title: Bilingual Mutual Fund Representative (French/English)
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience. Must have IFIC License or CSC completed.
Education: Post Secondary Degree
Salary: Up to $45,000

Our client, in the Banking Industry, is currently seeking a Bilingual Mutual Funds Representative. The Bilingual Representative, requires a candidate with a proven track record in ensuring a high level of quality in customer service interactions as an investment consultant.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Phone Channel's business results by providing prompt, courteous and an efficient experience that exceeds customer's expectations
- Contributing to effective cost and risk control through productivity and adherence to corporate processes and controls
- Achieving Money-In Advice sales targets throught he recommendation of appropriate products and services to meet our ever changing customer needs
- Ability to recognize and successfully leverage opportunities to further expand our client's business relationship through cross-selling additional base of personal products and services and referring appropriate customers to Wealth partners.
Qualifications:
- Post Secondary Degree
- Fluent in English and French languages
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
- Completed the Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC)
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) an asset
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong financial market knowledge in order to provide informational solutions and advice in regards to Mutual Funds
- Aptitude and a desire for sales
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
- Exhibit excellent attention to detail while consistently following established procedures and processing transactions
