Workforce Management Functional Consultant
Our client is seeking Consultants, ideally, with 2 years+ consulting and implementation experience with Workbrain and Kronos Time and Attendance applications, data collection devices and interfacing with external systems (SAP, Peoplesoft, ADP, Ceridian,etc.). Other workforce management application experience will be considered.
Ideal candidate should also have experience and knowledge in integration of software in portal systems and through middleware applications.
Provide SME in Workforce Management Solutions, with specific experience with the Workbrain Time and Attendance and Scheduling applications.
The consultant in this role will serve as a functional subject matter expert and is responsible for working with clients to provide implementation and post implementation support including troubleshooting, configuration changes and business process changes.
The consultant should also have some technical skills and be able to do trouble shooting on their own.
Requirements
2 years+ consulting and implementation experience with the Workbrain and/or Kronos Time and Attendance application, data collection devices and interfacing with external systems (SAP, Peoplesoft, ADP, Ceridian,etc.).
MUST have very polished communication skills. The consultant will serve as a functional subject matter expert, working with client executives and other senior level clients
Must have implementation experience including documentation, workshop facilitation, and presentations.
Must be willing to travel extensively up to 100%. Projects could be as long as 6 or 12 months in international locations.
