Symbian Software Engineer
Job Description / Responsibilities
Symbian Software Engineers engaged in embedded software design and development.
In this position, you will drive integration, adaptation and creation of a
Symbian OS BSP for various client-based wireless chipset solutions. You will be
working with all areas of real-time embedded software with focus on
low-level drivers and middleware for multiple wireless chipset platforms.
Some positions also work on porting and integration of Series60 to our
wireless chipset solutions.
ONLY candidates with solid Symbian hands-on experience will be considered...
(all other non-Symbian candidates will NOT be considered).
Skills/Experience:
* strong experience in Symbian middleware/driver/applications development.
* Nokia S60
* Strong C/C++ skills, object oriented design, and component based SW development and debugging background required.
* Must be able to work in a small and dynamic team environment.
Additional skills needed:
Real time embedded software design and development
Symbian OS BSP
Low level Device drivers
Middleware
Series 60
Compensation Offered: Depending on experience and job location.
