The Opportunity:
You will be responsible for customer relations and ensuring any client questions, concerns, and issues are managed in the most professional manner over the telephone.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming calls from merchants, outbound calls for follow-up (no selling)
- Qualify and channel customer inquiries to the correct department
- Accurately document, track, and maintain call-log

Requirements:
*Must be able to work Monday-Sunday, 8am-12am
*Bilingual French/English
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency (Internet, Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*Post secondary degree or diploma
*Preferred experience using a Contact Management System
*Previous work experience in the merchant service industry preferred
