Job Description:
Atos Origin’s application management group in Mississauga, ON is currently looking to grow its SAP support team. As part of an accomplished support group you will be working in an environment where knowledge sharing is valued and learning opportunities are provided.
You will leverage your previous SAP FI/CO experience to investigate problems and deliver efficient solutions for our clients across the US and Canada. You will gather user requirements for change/enhancement requests and translate them into design specifications, estimating the effort involved in these.
You will be able to provide call maintenance including complete documentation of progress and resolution using our global support tool.

• Participate in on-call rotation for after hours support (evenings & weekends)
• Gather user requirements for change/enhancement requests translate them into design specifications
• Estimate effort for change requests
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after hours support (evenings and weekends), travel will be limited to client visits and is not expected to be more than 20%.
Job Requirements:
• 4.6 – 6.0 SAP FI/CO functional with hands-on configuration experience
• Must have demonstrable record of implementing and supporting SAP
• At least 3-5 years of SAP configuration experience is required in the following areas: FI-General Ledger, FI-Accounts Payable, FI-Accounts Receivable, Profit Center Account, Asset Management and Treasury/Cash Management. PS-Project Systems experience desired, but not mandatory.
• Experience with CMS/CML preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills, reliability, combined with customer service attitude
• Ability to listen and understand questions/problems being communicated by end-users
• Well organized, good time management skills
• Ability to learn fast. Be methodical in problem solving and work organization
• Capable of working effectively in a team environment.
