Collections Specialist
Nissan Canada is currently seeking a talented and experienced automotive collections representative. This position is located in Mississauga, ON and requires the candidate to be bilingual in French and English.
JOB DUTIES:
This position includes the review, analysis, decision, collection and reporting of various customer accounts where they are deemed to be high risk of financial loss to NCF. These may include, but are not limited to, fraud, export, insurance fraud, skip, and identity theft.
The incumbent reports directly to the Collections Supervisor and works in conjunction with Collections Management, Risk and Senior Management on evolving fraud trends to limit NCF exposure to financial losses. Conducts independent investigations and communicates with appropriate law enforcement, as well as private agencies and organizations involved in combating fraud and identity theft.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelors Degree
-Minimum 2-5 years of collections experience (automotive highly preferred) |
