Bilingual Help Desk Contract
Bilingual Help Desk - 3 month CONTRACT with possible extensions

Position Description:
Must provide prompt and courteous service to the BOC User Community.
Must be able to determine the appropriate severity level for problems and react accordingly.
Must forward Problem details to the appropriate support group in a timely fashion.
Must work as part of team to achieve IM performance goals and provide excellent customer service to BOC users.
Position Requirements:
2+ years experience in a corporate environment with desktop computer systems and local area networks.
Microsoft product Certifications an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
Technical expertise:
General PC hardware/software troubleshooting
Windows 95/98/XP/2000 troubleshooting
MSOffice support
TCP/IP Networking
Location: Mississauga
Compensation: hourly rate
