SAP Basis Administrator

The successful candidate will have a University Degree or a College Diploma, and three years of related experience in software development and information technology projects. We also require a minimum of 4 years SAP Basis administration and 4-6 years experience in IT; as well as, experience in formal systems development, methods and procedures; DB/400; Oracle; SAP R/3 Basis; BW; ITS; CRM; UNIX and Windows operating systems; and various hardware platforms. Candidates must also be familiar with Windows NT / SQL and/or UNIX/Oracle and OS/400/DB400. The SAP Basis Administrator must demonstrate listening, interpersonal, verbal and written skills required in order to communicate with the business areas, understand their requirements, and get clarification. Your strong time management skills will be utilized when handling multiple projects at once, and managing workload. Candidates must exhibit very strong interpersonal skills in a customer focused, work team environment, and must be self motivated and able to work independently. Superior analytical skills, problem determination and resolution skills are essential for success in this role. Please note that you must adhere to a flexible schedule that includes 24 hour shift work coverage.
