AR Clerk – Permanent Position
Position Summary:
Romona Keveza Collection is excited and pleased to present a great opportunity to the right individual. You must be dynamic, highly motivated and passionate. You will be responsible for accounts receivable and providing support to the controller, located in Toronto. This key position also provides service and support to customers to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction. This position demands a VERY high degree of confidentiality.
We are looking for someone with the following experience and educational requirements:
§ University degree or College diploma required.
§ Minimum 5 years of in-depth AR experience.
· Experience in the fashion industry desirable.
§ Experience working with Quick Books is essential.
§ AP experience would be an asset.
The candidate must:
§ Have very strong knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel & Word).
§ Have proven ability to collect AR as well as teamwork skills.
§ Speak English fluently and with very clear diction.
· Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
§ Able to work in a highly confidential, fast paced, demanding environment and provide a high level of support.
§ Able to respond effectively to crisis or emergency inquiries and compose and generate correspondence, handle incoming correspondence as required and redirect as appropriate.
· Must be detail-oriented.
· Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities;
· Be capable of managing multiple demands from a variety of sources;
· Be able to maintain composure in demanding situations;
· Be eager to accept new challenges, develop skills and knowledge;
· Work independently with minimal direction;
· Manage time wisely; performing tasks effectively and efficiently;
· Take personal initiative to improve processes and develop new approaches to tasks.
