* As a Sales Representative for Receipt Tape Ads Canada, you will be selling advertising space to be distributed in one of our distribution chains of supermarkets, grocery stores and restaurants. Your client base will consist of small to medium size businesses, retail merchants, restaurants, and consumer service professionals. These full-color advertisements/coupons are put directly into the hand of the consumer via the supermarkets cash register receipt tape 10000 times during a 2-month rotation.
* Our business clients renew with us on average 90+% . . . proof that it works! The cost per 1,000 customers is far below any other similar form of advertising media. You will manage the designated area assigned to you exclusively - no cross territorial selling - you are in complete control of your markets!
* You won’t have to meet traditional requirements, like a degree or lengthy sales experience. Commitment and a strong work ethic will put you on a certain path to success. We train, provide supplies and give you help as needed, but we do want you to already know how to sell.

Job Requirements
You must like to sell and you must like being in the field. This position is not suited for someone who prefers to be at a desk the majority of their time. You will be personally selling, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting and closing.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least two years Successful Direct Outside Sales Experience required
• One Call Closing Sales Experience a Plus
• At least one year Supervision/Management Experience of Commissioned Sales Reps
• Independent Contractor Experience & Advertising Sales Experience a Plus
• Strong Leadership Skills - Track Record of Success exceeding quotas
• Sense of Urgency, a Multi-tasking Pro
• You must have your own vehicle for local travel.
