Must:
Experience in support Batch using JCL - Rerun of jobs and restart of jobs Experience as Computer Operator for MVS/OS390/ZOS Good communication skills

Experience as Computer Operator for UNIX/NT Knowledge using TIVOLI/LOTUS NOTES/VSAM
Operation / Production Support Analyst Environment : IBM OS/390 , running 5 LPARS ( 10 different clients ) MVS , software included JES2 , VTAM , CICS / TS in Sysplex mode in shared environments ; running latest releases of DFSRMM , DFSMS , DFHSM , ICF catalog , RACF and other related software . NT and Unix . Duties : Manage the production batch stream setting up batch schedule using job trac software . Responsible of setting up job in production environment and made sure meet the dead lines . Provide on call support for any job abends . Extensive use of JCL , Job Trac and Rexx . Work with data vendors to understand requirements , develop job to load the data , coordinate with users to ensure their satisfaction . Conversion of RVA to SHARK DASD media . Conversion of backups and datasets level snaping to flash copy . Ensuring operational procedures and support documentation is current . Provide 1 Lvel on call support 7x24x365 . Create , execute , and document tests to ensure that an application meets user requirements and functional . Day to day SMS , HSM , RMM and RACF support . Monitoring Capacity planning , Backups , Outage Management , and Failover / Recovery . Provided MVS DASD management , tape management , security , media support and sufficient security and backup/recovery for client's mission critical data . Maintain an effective and efficient mainframe , NT , UNIX backup and recovery process . DRP planning and implementation
