Overview


As a valuable member of the Quick Service team, you will assist the Manager in overseeing and leading an area of the Quick Service department during a variety of ACC events, ensuring the delivery of winning fan service to all guests. Your leadership, passion and commitment to teamwork will contribute to inspiring others, ensuring our vision to WIN that is integral to our business.





Responsibilities




Lead an area of the Quick Service department during all ACC events with the assistance the part-time Supervisor team.

Provide leadership and direction by managing standards of quality, service, safety, and profit for the Quick Service department.

Manage a large Part-Time employment team

Supervise, train, develop, and motivate the Part Time Quick Service team

Resolve discrepancies quickly and effectively

Ensure compliance with all related regulations such as those pertaining to Health & Safety and AGCO

Carry out administrative functions pertaining to hiring, scheduling, payroll, performance reviews, coaching, counseling and discipline

Adhere to MLSE service standards and policies

Lead by example in team management and development, utilizing a “one team” approach; ensure departmental professionalism and winning vision are intact

Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested






Requirements




Leadership experience in a high volume “Quick Service” environment

Trained in W.H.M.I.S., Smart Serve and ServSafe, NFSTP or equivalent

Solid understanding and practical knowledge of Industry principles and service etiquette

Ability to communicate, motivate and lead effectively

A proactive approach toward day-to-day activities and shifting demands

P & L knowledge and ongoing awareness

Proven to perform well under pressure; manage multiple priorities simultaneously

An ongoing awareness and responsiveness to client satisfaction

Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required

A high energy, client service attitude

A positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentiality and discretion
