What you would do for our CLIENTS?
•Assess the needs of the client and provide advice on personal insurance matters and the most appropriate coverage in an inbound contact centre environment
•Educate and recommend the benefits of Grey Power’s insurance products to prospective clients
•Meet and exceed growth, quality and underwriting objectives, while providing superior customer service
•Keep current on new/revised guidelines and procedures in order to provide accurate information
What you bring to GREY POWER?
•University degree
•Professional/consultative skills with ability to build rapport
•Exceptional time management skills including ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and attention to detail
•Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to actively listen and communicate complex ideas and concepts
•Proficient computer skills
•Provide clear background checks (employment history, education verification, criminal and credit)
