SQL Data Warehouse Administrator
Our client is HealthSource Plus, a Canadian company dedicated to helping employers take control of their employee benefits and group retirement programs and is one of the fastest growing benefits consulting firms in Canada. HealthSource Plus is the first consulting firm to embed a turn-key wellness program into their employee benefits program and offers consulting in combination with benefit administration at a level not normally available to the mid-sized market (50 to 5,000 employees). This position is for their Toronto office.
The SQL Data Warehouse Administrator will be tasked with designing and implementing a reporting platform, which will include building a SQL Server 2005 data warehouse that integrates data from disparate databases (Crystal Reports, SQL 2005 Report Server, Accpac Insights and other reporting tools). In addition, the report writer will analyze and evaluate existing IT infrastructure and databases to identify and characterize system and data requirements followed by designing and implementing a complete reporting solution from the bottom-up. Working with the accounting, sales & marketing, operations and pricing departments, this individual will collect, clarify and translate business requirements, answer questions and coordinate the resolution of report problems.
