BSA(Business System Analyst

Major Activities

· Document functional requirement based on the business requirement
· Conduct gap analysis between the new required functionalities and the current system capacity
· Ensure Quality Assurance through the definition of test cases related to the business requirements, as well as self testing the technical changes.
· Ensure documentation of deliverables are maintained for use in operational and functional guides as required

Skills Required

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of working experience in a technical environment (preferably with banking and payment systems) in the capacity of business process analysis and functional requirement gathering.

Certificate, diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems related field or equivalent combination of training and experience


Functional / Technical Knowledge and Skills:

· Payment industry working experience is an asset
· Excellent verbal and written as well as presentation skills.
· Working experience with documenting functional requirements and testing activities
· Familiar with HP Quality Center for functional requirement generation
· Working experience with User Case and Activity Diagram
· Strong organizational, follow-up and priority-setting skills to handle multiple tasks/projects and to work independently
· Remain flexible with shifting priorities and ability to function under deadlines with minimal supervision
· Comfortable with working in a rapidly changing, technically complex environment

Knowledge and / or experience of the following languages & technologies would be an asset:

· SQL/Transact SQL – Intermediate / Advanced
· XML, HTML, CSS
· ASP (and ASP.Net)
· Visual Basic and other object orientated programming languages
· IIS 5.0, 6.0
· DOS, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003
