Wholesale Reservations Agent

Sunspots Holidays has an immediate need for Wholesale Reservations Agent in Toronto.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete day to day travel counseling services
- Answer incoming phone calls and convert inquiries into sales
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Creating tour packages using air, hotel, transfer, and other components
- Manage current travel agent account relationships and maximize the potential return
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Knowledge of SABRE is a definite asset
- Exceptional customer service skills and sales abilities.
- Proven research and math skills
