Administrative co-ordinator
DOM International Limited is a growing food import and logistics company looking for confident individuals to help it grow. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Open office each day at 8:00 a.m.
• Coordinate the distribution of incoming mail and faxes and the processing of outgoing mail
• Receive and direct all incoming calls
• Maintain secure premises
• Maintain and order office supplies
• Maintain general filing system, including storage room
• Complete administrative duties
• Ensure orders are processed
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collect electronic sales orders
• Initiate the order process
• Coordinate transportation for order fulfillment
• Invoice all orders
• Credit when returns occur
• Track orders (at customer’s request)
• Maintain a record of IKEA shipping statistics
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment
• Coordinate the maintenance and repairs of the office area
• Other general office duties as necessary
