1. Together with the project champion develop project plans with defined milestones and outcomes to drive continuous improvement and improved compliance.
2. Focus on streamlining and increasing efficiencies of quality systems while ensuring cGMP compliance.
3. Lead implementation and completion of key continuous quality improvement projects (as assigned by SQO Leadership team) by facilitating the systematic implementation of project phases.
4. Provide high level technical knowledge and project leadership skills by working with SQO areas to develop action plans and lead implementation of GMPs/Regulatory Requirements for selected Quality driven initiatives.

Requirements:
Minimum University degree in a science-related field plus five (5) to ten (10) years of previous relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/vaccine industry. Excellent GMP knowledge is also required. Training and/or certification in Risk Management, Project Management (PMI) and 6 sigma is an asset. Candidates should be team oriented with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills combined with strong project management and facilitation skills.
