Job Details:
Key responsibilities may include:
-Perform impact analysis on incoming service/support requests, specific to complexity & estimate drivers
-Create functional / operational design specifications for support work and support the business analysts in their project work
-Create detailed test plans and execute functional tests
-Provide production support for JDE super users and end users
-Activities include problem analysis, break / fix, testing, and promotion to the prototype environment
The ideal candidate will have:
- Client engagement / communication skills
- Approximately 5 to 7 years of JDE project experience
- At least 1 full life cycle implementation of JDE HR / HCM (EnterpriseOne)
- Strong functional knowledge of Competency Management and Resource Capacity Planning within HR
- Cross functional expertise with Manufacturing and Fixed Assets modules
- Experience configuring resource scheduling and preventative maintenance within HR
- Analytical skills
- Application Testing
