Position Summary:
Romona Keveza Collection a top fashion design firm is excited and pleased to present a great opportunity to the right individual. You must be dynamic, highly motivated and passionate. You will be responsible for supporting the President, located in Toronto; as well as coordinating specific projects. This position also provides service and support to customers, partners and internal staff to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction. This position demands a VERY high degree of confidentiality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Provide CONFIDENTIAL administrative support
•Manage calendar/schedule; coordinate travel arrangements
•Arrange various types of meetings (on-site and off-site), send out agendas, take and distribute minutes, as requested
•Manage all national initiatives owned by the President
•Respond effectively to crisis or emergency inquiries
•Prepare reports, slides and graphic presentations as required
•Prepare expense reports and purchase orders
•Compose and generate correspondence; handle incoming correspondence as required and redirect as appropriate
•Liaise with other departments, offices and internal contacts to coordinate mutual initiatives
•Provide required service to support meeting goals and objectives
•In all respects be the “right hand” to the President.
•Other duties, as required
Experience and Educational Requirements:
Several years' experience in a similar role is a must. Demonstrated ability to working a highly confidential, fast paced, demanding environment and providing a high level of customer support.
The candidate must:
•Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities;
•Have an excellent understanding of, and experience in the software industry.
•Be detail-oriented;
•Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
•Demonstrate advanced technological skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
•Be capable of managing multiple demands from a variety of sources;
•Be able to maintain composure in demanding situations;
•Be eager to accept new challenges, develop skills and knowledge;
•Have strong focus on customer service and meeting the demands of internal and external clients from an administrative/support perspective;
•Understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality;
•Work independently with minimal direction;
•Manage time wisely; performing tasks effectively and efficiently;
•Must be an effective team player;
•Takes personal initiative to improve processes and develops new approaches to tasks.
Working Conditions:
Must be willing to adjust work schedule to fit the requirements of the task at hand. This may include occasional evening and/or weekend work. Some travel may be required.
