IT Staffing Account Manager
TekSource Canada is currently seeking an IT Staffing Account Manager to join our fast growing team selling technical staffing & recruiting services in the National Capital Region and an additional senior account manager to join our Toronto Office.
Candidates MUST have at least 3+ years prior sales experience in the IT staffing and recruiting fields.
Background & Experience:
- Min 3-5 years Management Experience
- MBA or equivalent experience in Recruiting Services / Marketing
- A desire to sell IT recruiting services (including prospecting, working existing client base to transfer business to TekSource, setting new meetings with potential customers, building strong long term business relationships)
- A University Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience selling IT recruiting services and existing client base would be considered a strong asset
- Proven track record of sales and meeting quotas
- A strong network of contacts and industry resources in Ontario
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong computer skills
- Bilingualism is an asset but not mandatory for the Ottawa opportunity
What we provide:
- Competative base salary and commission plan with an expected total income of 130-175K
- Expense account including BlackBerry/Cell phone, mileage and meal allowance
