JDE HR Functional Consultant
Rate: open to experience
Length: 12 months +
Location: Ontario
Our client seeks a senior JDE Functional HR consultant for a long term project. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR Competency Management and Capacity planning within a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities may include:
-Perform impact analysis on incoming service/support requests, specific to complexity & estimate drivers
-Create functional / operational design specifications for support work and support the business analysts in their project work
-Create detailed test plans and execute functional tests
-Provide production support for JDE super users and end users
-Activities include problem analysis, break / fix, testing, and promotion to the prototype environment
The ideal candidate will have:
-Client engagement / communication skills
-Approximately 2 to 7 years of JDE project experience
-At least 1 full life cycle implementation of JDE HR / HCM (EnterpriseOne)
-Strong functional knowledge of Competency Management and Capacity Planning within HR
-Cross functional expertise with Manufacturing and Distribution modules
-Analytical skills
-Application Testing |
