Our Sales & Merchandising division provides year-round sales and merchandising services for an amazing roster of clients. We are responsible for all related activities including selling (selling in displays and secondary displays, features and promotions, placing orders, etc.) and merchandising products (building displays, plan-o-grams, placing point of sale material, etc.) while maintaining relationships with all points of contact for both our clients and their consumers. We operate in multiple channels – grocery, drug, convenience & gas, mass merch, big box, etc.

We are currently seeking a Bilingual French Client Operations Coordinator. You will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the Client Services team, and / or the Leadership Team.

Core Responsibilities:
· Coordinate all logistics / communications involved with a program launch, national meeting or regional meeting – inclusive of hotel bookings, meals, AV requirements, transportation, etc.
· Day-to-day support of the Client Services Team with regards to: Program communications – monthly priorities, forms, etc. as well as to the Field Team; Client follow-up / communications; Mailings and fax transmissions; Point of sale materials distributions; Updating phone / fax / email address lists.
· Program Communications: Preparation of Client / Team presentations – Powerpoint; Newsletters; Weekly / Bi-Weekly / Monthly performance results.
· General Program Support: Word processing; Binder assembly; Storage area maintenance.
· Leadership Team Support: Organize upcoming meetings; Travel arrangements; Misc. word processing, courier distributions, Client follow-ups.
· This role may require limited overnight travel, and / or day travel to evaluate locations, co-ordinate meetings, or attend company functions.

Requirements

Bilingual
· Experienced user of CIM’s core software packages – MS PowerPoint, MS-Word, and MS-Excel.
· Strong communications skills – most notably verbal and written.
· Methodical on follow-up, detail focused, and very organized.
· Able to work autonomously with limited supervision.
· Adaptable and flexible.
· Capable of managing multiple projects
· Ability to travel (infrequently)
