Sr. Web Developer (potential to be founder level)
Role: Front-End Web Developer
We are a startup in the mobile / web space for hospitality industry. If you are brilliant, equity stake can be negotiated.
We are looking for a internet / web guru or R&D engineer (on contract, or full-time, or part-time basis) to help develop our web platform.
Ideally, the developer should have 3+ years development and deployment experience (bonus if you have masters, PhD, other certifications, or moving up through the ranks).
Nice to haves:
a) any previous work involving web 2.0, commerce, PoS integration, ad serve models, analytics, content delivering, or user generated content/social media, UI design and development, etc.
b) proficient at building robust and dynamic website portals, scalable databases, with good performance, etc.
c) graphical design, or SEO know-how is an asset
d) PHP, AJAX techniques, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Image cutting & optimizations, JQuery and related Javascript libraries
e) map engines, mashups, SaaS, etc
f) experience designing, developing, and delivering quality client software products for Internet based applications, or
g) integration of multiple products and third party APIs to provide user interfaces
