Entry Level Position
Our company is currently seeking a polished, professional to fill the position of Receptionist. You will possess excellent English communication skills, both written and oral. The successful candidate will provide our customers with positive, courteous and effective service as well as greet our visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
The candidate must be flexible enough to adapt to change on a daily basis. You will be responsible for:
- reception tasks that include answering and directing incoming calls in a timely and professional manner, as well as greeting visitors
- assisting customers via telephone and email
- data entry tasks
- preparing, sorting and distributing mail and courier packages
- assisting with various administrative tasks
We are looking for a team player who possess:
- excellent English communication skills both written and oral
- outstanding customer service skills
- positive work ethics
- strong organizational and effective prioritization skills
- a willingness to assist team players to meet deadlines
- the capability to work independently
- basic practical experience with MS Word, Excel and Access
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
