Players score points by tagging their opponents with a laser beam, in a large, multi-level arena, featuring specialty lighting, fog, and great music. Job Description

As General Manager you will be responsible for the operation, local marketing and results of a Laser Quest location. You are accountable for creating a high energy, positive working environment, and are committed to exceeding Customer expectations.
Job Responsibilities Include
• Implement comprehensive local marketing programs and in-house promotions
• Cost Control
• Interview prospective employees using behavioural-based interviewing techniques
• Develop team members using established in-house training programs and materials
• Build team commitment to high standards of service, exceeding Customer expectations and leading by example to deliver the WOW
• Manage employee performance through motivation, performance appraisals and coaching
• Communicate and monitor adherence to health and safety legislation
• Ensure equipment is maintained to company standards
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate is high energy, outgoing, has strong coaching and leadership skills, and thrives on taking a leading role in building a world class Laser Quest location.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years management in restaurant, retail, service or entertainment industry
• College or university degree (or equivalent work experience)
• Community involvement
• Exceptional customer service
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work days, nights and weekends
