Technical Analyst-Hosting
The Technical Analyst position has the primary responsibility to provide and ensure a high level of customer service and timely delivery of technical services while displaying corporate values at all times. The individual will be responsible to provide help desk and remote support for our clients’ on-premise technology and our Hosted Environment. Some on-site support will be required.
