Manager, Reporting Services
Salary $65,000 - $95,000
Excellent medical and dental benefits

Responsibilities
•Manage departmental resources, staff, business processes and workflow
•Effectively communicate technical and industry knowledge with other departments
•Review and recommend actuarial, statistical and business plan changes and be known as a subject matter expert in these areas
•Provide assistance in creating and monitoring annual departmental objectives
Qualifications
•MUST have knowledge and hands on experience with Biztalk
•Insurance background is an asset
•Works well independently and within a team environment
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French would be an asset)
•Excellent technical skills, data analysis and information technology
•Good judgment, problem solving and analytical skills
•Working knowledge of PC software
•Must be able to multitask and facilitate conflict resolution
•Familiarity with business management role in system and process change initiatives
