Installation and Support Technician (based in the Caribbean)
The Turks and Caicos premier broadband service provider are currently recruiting for an Installation and Support Technician. Providing high speed internet service on the island of Providenciales they are a young, aggressive company introducing innovative new products to the marketplace.
The Role
Responsible for scheduling and performing new high speed internet installations, handling technical support issues and providing customers with an outstanding service experience. Working as part of a dynamic and fast moving team the successful candidate will be central to building next generation broadband infrastructure into the country. The successful candidate will be working with the latest technology and be part of the movement to bring advanced communications to Providenciales.
The Applicant
- Experience in the field of internet services and support
- General knowledge of IP networking and a passion for emerging technologies
- Formal Windows training is an asset
- PC competency is a must
- Prior experience in technical/telecommunications consulting roles is an asset
- Past experience in running cable TV and network wiring is a plus
Salary is negotiable. Excellent relocation package.
