ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 The CRM Analyst (NetSuite) will play a strategic role in gathering requirements, designing solutions and implementation of the solution in NetSuite CRM.
 Responsible for discovering CRM best practices and unlocking powerful marketing and sales management campaigns
 Using and developing custom applications in NetSuite to create and execute tactical campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and retention, ensuring data integrity and reporting
 The key responsibilities, accountabilities, and objectives of the position includes all working relationships with internal/external clients
 Requirement Gathering, Solution Design & Review
 Project Coordination
 Provide training to key users within Workopolis.
 Chart the flow of information in and out of NetSuite.
 Evaluate and optimize these flows.
 Structure NetSuite rules and best practices.
 Configure and customize NetSuite so all departments can use it optimally.
 Write and execute unit tests.
 Improve the way the sales force, business support, marketing, technology, etc. interact with NetSuite.
 Identify/understand where duplication is coming from.
 Duplication reduction.
 Review/tighten current duplication reduction plan.
 Research/evaluate SAS and other de-duplication tools.
 Update the current NetSuite segmentation to match the new sales structure.
 Build and implement segmentation rules around the lifecycle of all lead sources & record creations.
 Determine the impact of current and future projects on NetSuite and vice versa.
 Establish the proper way to upload all files, create best practices.
 Review and improve the web services uploading process (for NetSuite daily sales, lead uploads, etc.).
 Develop tracking and reporting process to monitor NetSuite KPI's.
 Be on top of both new functionality, and existing functionality we are currently not leveraging.
REQUIRED SKILLS
 2-4years of business experience in a software development company, working with NetSuite CRM systems including configuration and customization.
 2-4years of experience in a software development environment working as business analyst
 Strong business and data analysis skills and must be very comfortable with analytical tools such as Excel, and business systems such as NetSuite.
 Ability to solve complex problems through research, logical evaluation and question asking.
 Strong analytical ability and an eye for detail.
 Should be a self-starter and be able to solve complex problems through research, logical evaluation and question asking.
 Experience writing and executing unit tests
 Possess proven ability to streamline processes.
 Understanding end-user business processes and making appropriate solution recommendations based on these processes
 Strong customer focus; Ensures that customer needs are met.
 Good oral and written communication.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Project management experience is definite plus
• PMI or CBAP Certification an asset

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION
Degree/Diploma in a related field
