SAP HR Functional Support Consultant
Atos Origin's application management group in Mississauga, ON is currently looking to grow it's SAP HR support team. As part of an accomplished support group you will be working in an environment where knowledge sharing is valued and learning opportunities are provided.
You will leverage your previous SAP HR experience to investigate problems and deliver efficient solutions for our clients across the US and Canada. You will gather user requirements for change/enhancement requests and translate them into design specifications, estimating the effort involved in these.
You will be able to provide call maintenance including complete documentation of progress and resolution using our global support tool.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after hours support (evenings and weekends), travel will be limited to client visits and is not expected to be more than 20%.
Job Requirements:
• SAP HR Functional Consultant (CAD + US Payroll and Benefits) with hands on configuration experience in SAP ECC.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent English language and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience should include at least 1 full lifecycle SAP implementation and experience in a support role is desired but not mandatory.
• Must have excellent customer facing skills.
Education:
• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience required.
• SAP HR Certification.
