Bilingual Customer Service Representatives

Our client is looking for outstanding Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in both French and English.
Candidates must have a proven track record working as a Bilingual Call Agent, Customer Care Representative or Technical Support Agent.
Superior listening skills will be key to your success. You can navigate a call ensuring prompt and courteous delivery.
Successful candidates will be part of a Dynamic team for a leading Canadian organization.
Qualifications for this role include :
- Minimum 1-2 years call center experience pending position you are applying for
- Fluent in French/English (Verbal/Written)
- College or University degree or equivalent work related experience
- Flexible to work shifts which may include evenings or weekends and holidays. (subject to change)
- Experience working in a Queue
- Experience working in a medium to high call volume environment preferred.
- Data entry skills and sound MS office skills
- Consumer experience is a definite asset
