Fleet Services - Project Analyst
Toronto
Fleet Services currently has several immediate openings for Project Analysts. Whilst basic job function is similar, each position may focus on a different aspect of the department's work-scope.
Responsibilities:
As a member of the Fleet Services team, you will be responsible for the following key activities associated with the implementation and management of In-Service Regional aircraft (Q series and CRJ series).
Entry into Service initiatives.
A/C modification programs, completions, etc.
Fleet modification and component overhaul campaigns.
Price & Offerability processing and drawing/data sales.
Set-up and management of Third-Party service provider maintenance teams.
You will also coordinate and manage project work-scopes, including scheduling with sub-contractors and our customers. You will prepare reports and presentations for all levels of Bombardier management and aircraft operators. In addition, you will prepare estimates, proposals and monitor the budgetary aspects of the above activities.
You are available to travel at short notice and to be on call after regular working hours on an "as-required" basis.
Job Qualifications:
You are a responsible and detail oriented individual who enjoys taking initiative and ownership. You work well under pressure and are able to accommodate frequently changing priorities. You have a university or college diploma in a relevant technical field. You should have a minimum of five (5) years experience in a program management environment. A good general knowledge of aircraft build and maintenance practices is an asset. You have strong leadership skills and a keen sense of customer service. You have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and fluency in English. You are computer literate, possessing strong skills in Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Project.
