Account Manager
Toronto simulation development firm is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to help expand our client base and forge existing client relationships into long-term partnerships. We are looking for someone who is as passionate about helping others as we are about creating software.
facilitation assistance
As Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Servicing existing clients through the coordination of simulation sessions;
2. Supporting clients with in-the-field technical or;
3. Growing our client-base through strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you must possess astute business sense, superior communication skills and a high degree of interpersonal skills to manage the business relationship. You are conscientious and disciplined with a strong orientation towards detail.
We want you to join our team if you also possess the following qualifications:
University Degree
1+ years of related work experience in the simulation field
Excellent written and oral communication skills (English & Mandarin)
Strong organizational skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Superior computing skills
Team player
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with Google Adwords & Campaign Management
Ability to travel (Canada & US)
Facilitation and/or teaching experiences in Higher Learning
Proven Experience in a sales role
Experience using flash would be considered an asset
